2012-2013 Chairman's Choice competition winners

This year's theme: trees.

"Tree in Snow" — Richard Littlefair's
print category winner. 

"Big Fish" won the projected category for Andrew Munden.


Janet Tankard's "Flaming November" won the projected plus category.

The judge on the evening was Bob Free, from Leeds Co-operative Photographic Society, and a YPU judge for the past 27 years. The full list of placings is as follows:

Highly commended were Andrew Munden Dekstop Wallpaper; Jean Hiscutt In the Shelter of the Trees; Ian Ferguson The First Flush of Spring; Mike Wood Overlooking Malham.

Projected plus category: 1. Janet Tankard Flaming November; 2. Wendy Ferguson Treescape; 3. Wendy Ferguson Lost in the Woods; 4. Mike Morley Ripley Castle Car Park. Highly commended were Wendy Ferguson Kildale; Mike Morley Kingfisher on a Tree; Mark Webster Spring Leaves.
