The new indoor season at Knaresborough Camera Club has started. Why not come along and join us and pick up a few new skills and ideas. A few mouse clicks and you can come up with something like this- is it just unskilled mouse clicks or unique art effects to hang on your wall? who knows, it but makes for an interesting discussion over tea and biscuits with likeminded people

The Officers of the Knaresborough Camera Club (KCC) will ask you to supply your personal data as a member or as an individual who has expressed interest in the club and its activities. The term personal data includes your name, address, e-mail address, telephone numbers as well as any information that is requested and you are agreeable to supply.
2.Officer responsible for Collection and Processing data
The KCC Secretary and Treasurer are responsible for the collection and processing of your data.
3.Collection and Processing of data
KCC collects and processes your personal data in order to
1) Carry out the management of the Club and its activities
2) Create records of its members.
3) Circulate details of the club, its activities and matters of photographic interest
 4) Observe our legal and regulatory obligations
4.Access to the Collected data
Only the Officers of the Club shall have access to your personal data.
You have a right of access to your own personal data.
Your personal data will not be transferred to or exchanged with a third party except:
1.     where you are entering images through KCC to a competition run by another club, union, federation or similar
2.     your name and email address to our newsletter administrators, Mailchimp.com. Their Privacy Policy can be viewed at Mailchimp.com/legal/privacy
3.     your name and email address to our competition administrator Photoentry. Their Privacy Policy can be viewed at photoentry.uk/information/privacy
A request from a statutory body under any legal obligation would be complied with.
5.Security
KCC will take all reasonable precautions to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data.
6.Consent
When supplying personal data, you are expressly granting your consent for KCC to hold and process this information in accordance with this policy and all applicable legislation.
Your payment of the annual subscription renews your authority for us to keep this information.
KCC will hold your personal data for the currency of your membership and after its expiry unless you specifically withdraw your consent after the cessation of your membership.
You may “unsubscribe” from our email listings at any time using either the Unsubscribe button on our emails or by informing the Secretary.
