Fron 3168 entires from 40 Yorkshire camera clubs and 11 trophies available in the YPU Annual Exhibition competition we received 2 runners-up certificates for Mike Morley and one acceptance for Robert Harris. Overall based on the avarage scores from all member entries we finished equal 26th out of 40 camera clubs so well done to everyone that entered.
 

Image of the month April 2021

 

Our April image of the month is 'Crest of a Wave' by club member Brian Atter and it was the winner of our recent Water competition. The judge commented he loved this photo due to the sharp focus on the area of movement and the super textured out of focus areas. From all the entries, this summed up for him the theme of water perfectly. We love it as well.
